LOVE the Schweiss bi-fold. Has been maintenence free, and I have to correct the poster claiming you lose headroom. We lose zero headroom. the door is all the way above the header when in the up position. 40 feet wide and faces West. the w/nw wind hasn't bothered it at all and it is FAR less likely to "spank" the pickup that was parked too close to the building.
