I have a Morton bldg that has a 35.5 foot opening with a sliding door (2) that never has worked very well and I have decided it's time to change. I know it's too big of an opening for a regular wood frame top roller type door and was looking at bifold or hydro-swing type doors and came across a sliding door with bottom rollers and wondered how that would work. Anybody have any experience with any of these doors and what are prices? What about an aluminum frame? The shop is insulated/heated and it might be nice not to have to open the whole opening in cold weather. Tradeoffs.
