Bruce,different train of thought form shredding to break down stalks is the 2 positive sideffects I'm seeing from Rolling all my stalks behind the beandrill is --
1--Stalks/Butts are shattered much like they wouldv'e been if I'd shredded
2--Washing and erosion control should be improved...we had 5.5" of rain last weekend and the only noticeable loss was residue floating,no gullies
