Subject: Versatile seat replacement?

Mid-Missouri
Both the 936 and 895 seat frames are continually weakening. For the most part the cushion is ok but the frame rails and every other piece of metal has cracks from the everyday field use. I am not going to rebuild and reweld it again so what can I use for a seat frame replacement. I am not going to buy new from tractor dealer. How about a seat frame from an o.t.r. semi. I could put our existing air compresser into it for height adjustability. I may even get fancy for the seat itself from a cheap ebay deal from some high end auto with built in seat adjustments that would only require a 12 volt supply. What do you think?
