the primary pump is weak or you have air leaks in line, was the tank on truck empty or full,
seems to make a big differance. Been haveing the same trouble . cat wants 450$ ccdn. exchange for a primary pump.
is there any( easy fixes or screens or check vales) for the primary or do you just shell out the money?
