As others have posted, I'd put plastic under all of it. As posted, I would also put insultion board under it also - think about the future. You may be in there more then you think and it'll save energy . . . . better now, as it can not be done once the floor is in . . . well, without ripping it all out - then it could be poly'd and insulated.
