Centralia, MO | My Volvo road tractor has untold miles on it, dash says 53000 possibly indicating 1,053,000. On some occasions the parking brake will not hold the truck in place even at empty weights. It has parking brakes on only one drive axle. Is this normal? Is this lack of parking brake action an overall indication of worn out brakes all around? I also get some pull to one side under braking and I figure that's not a good sign either. What kind of expense is a brake job likely to run? | |
