Concordia, KS | That seems to be the attitude of some in the other thread. I agree what you have to say about land rent being what two parties agree on. I wasn't trying to say that people where not honest, but lower than average rents can be viewed that the tenant is taking advantage of them by paying lower rents. Sometimes, this is the case when rents are really low when compared to surrounding areas.
