All fish is good, no matter how it is cooked as long as you don’t go calling lutefisk fish.
Lutefisk was fish but it’s not anymore. They have done something to it that has turned it into (for lack of a better word) waste.
That should get some Scandinavian blood boiling.
I am Scandinavian by the way and I’ll trade you my lutefisk for your lefse.
Even SOME raw fish is pretty good.
What is the best way to cook fish?
