Subject: Traditional "lumbered" recipe..........

Owings, Maryland 38.6856 N 76.6752 W
Really depends on the type of fish your working with. This "lumbered" recipe is one of my favorites and has been around a long time. This recipe is so versatile that it can also do wonders for wild game as well. You will be well impressed !!!!!

You will need to get started,,, 1- Treated 2x10 about 20" long and about 7 or 8 12 penny galvinized nails, of course you may need a saw and hammer for the wood related part.
Nail as many pieces of fish or wild game onto the pressure treated 2x10 that you care to prepare for the meal, don't really have to secure the fish or game to well but you should use 7 or 8 nails.

Place in preheated oven (350) for one hour, don't waste any salt or pepper, you won't need it. Remove from oven and let sit for about 10 minutes, long enough for nails to cool. Remove nails and discard, remove fish or game and place in plastic grocery bag, step out on back porch and whirl that thing as far as you can, go inside, take that board and whack Loran in the head and tell him it's time to head out for a fish dinner !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
