the problem of the pump running too much has nothing to do with that in all likelyhood. If it was just the pressure tank the pump would cycle off and on, off and on, quickly but it would build pressure.
It sounds like the pump is worn out somewhere and could need parts or replacement depending on the type of pump.
If you are replacing a complete pump look into the newer constant pressure pumps. We have a few around and they are very nice. Dan... | |
