Rich have ran a few of these in my career. Here the 3208-10spd combo was a common machine. Ran them 5-7000 hrs without a problem. Biggest weakness we had was the JD rear end. Changed oil in them spring and fall. The coop that I worked at last would swap the rear ends at 2500 hr and rebuild them just for insurance.
