Driftless SW Wisconsin | the folks you mentioned needed more hp because they were pulling a wilrich track bar with three dry fert tanks and high hp fans plus two large size nh3 tanks up and down terraced ground that in places resembled a roller coaster at higher ground speeds (8-10 mph) late in the fall. They just needed more hp than their 8000 series JD and found a good used big Cat. Our row unit hp was not the reason for the change. They are an amazing operation.
