hp may not be the main issue as tongue weight.  The 1590 I believe has the same option for the front dolly wheels as the 750. 15 ft with dolly wheels traction can then be a problem depending on terrain.

Personally I'd go with the 10 ft Deere and no dolly wheels but have some wts on the front of the tractor. That 2.5 ft is not a big deal compared to the other differences. Put some CT-II closing wheels on it and maybe a small seed box and you have yourself a very useful and versatile drill. jmho.
