For what its worth, I have an 844 and up until last year I used the magnet for speed sensing. I was never real crazy about them, tractor speed and controller speed never matched up. This past year I bought a gps speed sensor, the best $250 dollars I ever spent, with a little tweeking of the constant I was able to match the speed on the controller to the speed readout on my envizio and my spraying has been a lot more accurate since. I guess what I am getting at is the speed sensor could be the problem. I would check the speed readout against the tractor speedometer. If I remember right, those magnets are real touchy and have to be real close together to work right.
