Just looked at it. It has a hole to put a bolt down through the spindle. Drop a 1/2" rod down it and the chuck pops out nicely...better then taking it out with a wedge as I have always done before. KBS Machinery is the mfg listed on the tag. Their website lists a similar, but smaller, machine under Milling Machines, so I guess they have not got the memo about it having to say "bridgeport" on the side in order to be a milling machine. I do not see any reason that the lack of power feed on the table is going to make any difference to me. Now I just need to find the adapters to put the mills in the MT. Thanks for the help guys. |
