Central IL | I was going to post something to the effect that repair $ can quickly exceed purchase price. It would really pay if you could find someone who is very familiar with combines to take a look at an intended purchase first.
When you've only got 80 acres to cover, it gets real expensive real fast averaging out the repair bills over small acreage.
If you could find one like ahay described, it could last you for years on minimal $ with some care and luck.
I did check tractorhouse and by golly you're right, not a single used combine listed on that site in Maine!!! | |
