| Its Bomb a deer! I don't know who came up with the prissy sounding Bom bard ee AY. Sheesh. Could you imagine some WWII vet who flew in a B25 telling his grandkids he was the Bom bard ee AY? They'd think grandpa was drinking something.
As for regional slang....I was out sleddin, saw some guy that looked crazy as a bag of hammers, he didn't have his clickers on, came inside to get a pop/soda and got a drink at the bubbler instead then sat on the Chesterfield watching the game. :) | |
