| One thing to do is use a hand grinder and square up the edge on the auger flighting, that will help quite a bit.
Another thing to do is see if you can find a new 1020 to look at, they have what looks like reel teeth mounted on the divider so that the outside row of beans gets tipped over towards the center of the head as it gets cut. This $10 add on looks like it would help alot with the problem you are having. | |
