Subject: Re: Iowa Grain Truck Photo!

If you think that's bad, our neighbor has two hopper bottoms configured with the high sides in order to haul ear corn. After ear corn hauling season is over he uses them to haul grain to his bin site from the field. Just immagine a 53' enclosed cargo trailer with a hopper bottom floor, that's basically what these trailers look like and they hold nearly 1,500 -1,800 bushels each. They've even taken them to a smaller satellite elevator site late in the evenings when few are around. Most never know they are hauling grain with them because of what they look like.
