Subject: I'm having trouble with the angle pass theory.

Jim, what is the theory behind the angle pass? Is it a 20" thing where things are close enough that the roots will get to all the nh3 between the rows? Or........?

The soil tilth behind the inline passes looks like it could about plant a small seed legume or grass seed. Is that actually a preferable thing in that area? Or will it be a different story when the pluribus runs in the spring?

What is the average rainfall amounts for that area you were demoing in? I ask because of the deep N placement.
