Subject: RE: actually.

Fort Meade, FL
For 2008,under 10,000 lbs 2 chains and 2 binders. Over 10,000 lbs, a chain and binder on each corner ( 4 chains, 4 binders). Plus, if there is an attachment, one chain and one binder on it. Plus. if it articulates, one chain and one binder on it. So, a front end loader LEGALLY requires 6 chains and 6 binders ( 4 corners, articulating area, and one on bucket). On a backhoe, LEGALLY requires 6 chains and 6 binders ( 4 corners, one on bucket, and one on back hoe). On a motor grader, LEGALLY requires 6 chains and 6 binders ( 4 corners, 1 articulating area, and 1 on blade). EVERY CHAIN HAS TO HAVE A BINDER !!! " EACH CHAIN MUST BE ADJUSTABLE" !!!!
