Subject: Strapping down a vehicle

NW Iowa

Looking to haul either the SUV or pickup a couple of hundred miles on the semi flatbed. What is the correct way to tie down. Cinch down from the frame, or just run a strap behind each wheel. Your advice is appreciated, thanks! N.J.
