That's what I read in a 2006 rule book, but thought maybe it could have been with the changes in 2008 with the other changes. Thought Chad may have new info or something . . . . Now I have to check it out, but come to think of it, when the DOT checked me 2wks ago, they didn't say anything about my chaining of the skidsteer - only 2 chains. . . . . and was happy, they didnt' find anything else for me . .. . lol
