Over the years I have bought several snap-ring pliars with the interchangeable tios. Most weren't worth the trouble bringing home. Tips either didn't fit right, broke, or turned up missing. A couple years ago I bought a set similiar to those S&Ks. Mine has 12 pliars in the set, 4 different sizes with straight, 45º, & 90º in each size. Can't remember the exact price but was around $100 and worth every penney.
