Cummins and I am sure there are others, have the same blocks that you normally recognize (855 Cummins) setup for natural gas on irrigation. Just takes different pistons, valves, etc. The biggest problem is being able to carry enough natural gas with you. Some taxi fleets run on it but they have a 100-200 mile range out of a couple good sized high pressure bottles in the trunk.
