Amazing. Florida government on state and local levels are crying their eyes out about not having enough money for police, fire, schools and roads. State insurance fund does not have enough money. Then something like this comes along and almost $2 billion seems to come out of nowhere. Not a problem at all. Hmmmmmm????????????
