Personally, I'd hate to give Harbor Freight $1200 for any of their tools. Most on this site would say you'd be better off going to e-bay, or an auction, and by a used one. If you want a new "Chinese" tool, I would recommend trying Grizzly. The have good quality tools, and have a parts department. For some tools, you can order parts on-line.
