It has been 5-6 years since I have run a Case system.  But at that time the flow delay needed to be in the 10-12 second range in most situations.  I will not consider using the CNH system as long as they hard code the delays.  And the only way to accurately set the delays is via post processing IMHO.

You might look at the ARS yield editor.  You will have to read the data into another package and export it to the ARS editor, but if you can get the data into a format the ARS editor will read, it will adjust the delays.  It is really a quite powerful little editor and it is free.
