roaming | I would be returning the whole kit and caboodle to BB. It sounds like you haven't had it long. When you bought it, did they tell you about how little software is actually available for 64-bit? I doubt it. On the one hand, shame on you for being in a hurry and not asking questions, but on the other, a bigger shame on them for peddling something that most consumers can't yet effectively use. You should be able to expect that a commonly available product will do what you want it to. It's not like you were special ordering something. They were obviously more worried about the sale than about a satisfied (a.k.a: repeat) customer. | |
