None of these programs will run on a 64-bit system. JD-Office will run on a 32-Bit Vista system using compatability mode. Apex 2.0 will run on a 32-Bita Vista system just fine. Microsoft is really pushing these 64-Bit systems on retailers but most everyday programs will not run on a 64-Bit platform.
