Since RowSense is using GPS and the tactile sensors, does some sort of guidance line from the planting tractor needs to be available for the combine to base it's steering off of?
I'm guessing that you need an AB line in the combine, either from a manual one, or the saved line from the planting operation. I'm hoping to try ours out as soon as the combine/head show up here. We'll also need that line for cutting new lands in the field. Not sure if we'll be able to see the refuge rows when the corn is brown. |
