We've got a deere and a kuhn(same mower). Instructions say to drain some oil out of bar if working (lists a certain degree I think???) slope so guess they are OK with it. 9' reaches more stuff that our bushog won't reach. Occasionally we'll trim some tree limbs in the straight up position---Not recommended I'm sure.
