When I lived in town around 10 years ago, I paid somewhere around $20/month for water and sewer (around 1500 gallons of usage). I don't know how much that may have increased since.
The rate for the rural water district is $33.30 per month (basic minimum charge including the first 2000 gallons) and $6.65 for each additional 1000 gallons.
