Do you want a full air floor? Or could you get by with something like 12 inch plastic air tubes on the floor. The concrete would let a lot of moisture up thru but it would be nice to operate a skid loader on. For a full air floor, would rows of cement blocks with 2x8's laying on them and 5'x10' perforated sheets work?
There is one near here that they used truss rafters and made a square roof. I would think the corners would really have to be solid, otherwise it would be an object lesson on how airplanes take off with the corners out in mid air in a wind storm.
