Subject: Converting a Slurrystore to grain storage

South-central Nebraska
I had considered this project then tossed it aside. But, now with extremely high steel/galvanized prices maybe I should reconsider. I've got a 25 x 82 slurry tank with a full cement floor and it is cleaned out. I don't know what it would cost or who I would get to build a roof, floor and accesories but I don't know why it wouldn't work. I will call around probably after harvest but wondered if anyone knew of any problems I may face or of anyone who has done this. Depending on how the grain would pile and how high the roof would be, I should be able to get 90-100 K bushels or more in.
