One thing that we were made aware of at a meeting last week was that there absolutly CANNOT be a space between wheat and the parenthesis when entering them on your PC. I think in this case it was switching back to Durum rather than Wet Corn. Even though it shows up on the GS2 with a space, it needs to be entered without one like below.
