The stations are in Childress, Wellington, Shamrock, Clarendon, Paducah, and Quanah. TxDot tells me that they have been online about a month. This is the kind of network that has been discussed about accessing through a cell phone without a subscription fee, other than the cost of the cell phone. Don Glenn and Henk know more about it than I.
