There are no GPS systems that update the GPS position at 50 Hz. All of the base stations I know of update at 1 Hz. The internal update rate to the steering system is a different thing. The EZ-Guide 500 updates to the steering system at 50 Hz and performs smoother and faster than the EZ-Guide Plus which uses a 5 Hz rate.
