| I second that John! Our tests have shown that the cell phone connection allows for a more consistent data stream. In areas where there is true line-of-sight radios are doing well, but in a lot of areas, if not in most, line-of-sight without ANY trees or hill tops is hard to establish on the whole farm. This is especially true when operating at 12 to 15 miles from the base as many grower do. When cell phone coverage is good, I would always choose cell phone over radio communications for steering. | |
