I feel for ya. We're about ready to take our payloader to town and make a couple trips through with the bucket up in the air and just leave them lay wherever they land. We've asked a half a dozen times for them to trim the trees on the county road that goes through town. When branches scrape the top of a semi sleeper I'd say they are slightly low.

Agree with Plowboy though, a 41' Deere Chisel will remove some stuff.....like cable lines that are strung underneath powerlines that are already at legal height.
