southern Illinois | In Illinois the property line goes straight up and we cut anything that hangs over on road right of way. Usually a talk with the owner and all is ok anyway but in town like you are talking you have people who probably wish you didnt go through anyway. I go through a town like you speak of and couldnt get the city to cut anything, finally got fed up and took the polesaw and grain truck and drove my brother down the street and cut a truck load of limbs from inside the grain bed. Got a lot of looks but no one said a word. | |
