Subject: JD air conditioners-best way to fix r-12???

SW Ohio

I have three R-12 systems(4230,4430,7720) that need work. Tired of replaceing compressors, can't get any more r-12(legally for less than $800 for 30# ), need to get cold air back in these machines, so what are my choices???

Convert to 134? cost? any kits available?

replacement r-12? that does not contain propane?

other options?
