St. Charles, MO & Piper City, IL | I would have to agree with you David. I still don't see the need for the extra iron and trip over the field. But then I am not selling a system either. All the extra expense of going RTK steering to stay on the strip. To me just indexing the product with the planter would mean more to me than dragging another expensive piece of iron through the field. In my area going from sand to black gumbo all the time it just wouldn't work to me. And no way would it work in the spring like Jim's pictures show below.
