Most newer DVD players will display jpeg files on CD's and DVD's. Or you can burn them into a video slideshow format, add music, etc. Those personal DVD players are down under $100 these days. Make sure the one you buy will display the jpeg files though. A good FREE program for burning DVD's is called DVD Flick. Google will find it for you.
