I have also been looking at putting up a shop, that price doesn't seem too bad with all the cement & insulation in. I've often wondered with the price of steel climbing all the time lately how much would it cost to use plywood & vinyle siding on the outside, never seen one done that way, price of steel gets the mind thinking somedays for alternatives. Good luck on your shop.
