Subject: Shed price too high?

NW Minnesota

Got a quote for a shop yesterday and the price seemed awfully high, it would be a Foltz building, 40x48x16, colored steel, 5" concrete with floor heat(insulation under also), 6" wall insulation, 13" ceiling insulation, full interior tin, 18'x14' overhead door, two walk in doors.  Quote was at 57k??  Does that seem high?  The quality is the same as a Morton builing, excellent reputation.  We are waiting for a lumberyard building quote also, same specs except with a small office area and bathroom, septic and water are right there.  I know the size is small (compared to most!), but we don't really work on any equipment in the winter, it's for the tractor/snowblower, working on sleds, atvs, fish houses, vehicles, you get the idea.  Let me know what you guys think?  Salesman said steel was going up another 10-15% in a few days, he wanted a check to lock in the price.  Thanks
