I have a 60' x 90'. The insulated part is 40' x 60' with 5" concrete and radiant heat and 57K doesn't seem out of line. It sounds like a ton of money but when I look out my window right now to see 2" of snow on the ground, it makes a nice place to work.
Shed price too high?
