Hi Orin. Are you a daddy yet? ;-)

On the drivers side inner fender under the hood, there whould be a fordish looking starter relay/cylinoid. I think it has a plastic flap over it. That's probably the culprit, or the connections to it. I dont recall where the temp sender is for those, but I think the glow plugs themselves use a resistance or something when hot or cold to tell the relay when to cycle. (I think) It's been too long since I worked on one, but you'll be needing a break from all the screaming going on in the house, so a project like chasing wires on a glow plug system might be just the excuse.;-)............I know, I know,...you aint going to be looking for any excuses.
