A couple years back they interviewed a lady at the scene of a poultry processing plant fire. She was an employee at the plant, who worked as a cook in the lunchroom. When asked what happened as she saw it, she replied, "I was in the kitchen, fixin some 'nana puddin, when all the sudden my supervisor comed in and said, "everybody, evaporate the buildin".
